Morning all. Been up since 0600 but couldn't 'get going'.
Just debating what to do today when my SiL told me the electrician is coming this morning and will need access to the house and garage (he is connecting everything for daughters new treatment room.

Good morning, I am exploring Poole Hospital as I'm accompanying a friend who is having various tests. Currently in the TIA unit having visited X ray and Brain scan departments, off to the Cafe in a bit before returning to the fray.

Another decision made.
I am having sweet n sour chicken with rice and veg. All made by me.
Well I pressed the microwave button

I have returned from shopping. Its nice and sunny here but not warm at all.

I see petrol is going up in price as well.

Somehow, an angle grinder found it's way into our LIDL basket.....
Lunch was a Shitake mushroom poke pot. Yummy!

Back from a very interesting morning at the hospital. I was invited to sit in with my friend as they explained the brain scan to her. Fascinating watching the images changing as the scan travelled up through her brain with the various parts being displayed complete with an explanation of function and what various anomalies might look like. All good news and we decided to walk back from poole hospital via Holes bay. It was very blowy so a lot of the birds were sheltering, but we did see widgeon and Egrets as we ventured toward the mighty Amazon ( recently built distribution centre )

Tell me me about it, it's averaging 154.9 around us but I managed to get some at weekend for 149.5 so I put as much in as I could.
