Evening folks finished clearing another neighbours roof of moss this morning and then went for a spin. Im pleased with my new endura coat, its nicely snug and a good fit. Returned into a strong headwind, some places where i would normally be in 6th or 7th [of 8] i was knocked back to 3rd! good exercise for the old legs i spose

Her husband, also sent never got to see Australia. Died on the way.

Strange how things change. People regularly throw half a loaf in the bin nowadays.

I doubt they'd even think twice about doing it either.
And it'll be sliced bread as well.

Morning. Much milder but overcast and murky. Slight dampness in the air but not sure if it’s mist or drizzle. Better head out anyway and enjoy the Sunday morning peace and quiet.

Morning all.
It's still raining
We are supposed to be going to Hatfield house, home of Elizabeth 1 and occasional hunting lodge of Henry V111, today for a dog walk and daffodil day show, also going to pop in to see our daughter to see how she is. She lives in nearby Welwyn but had three wisdom teeth extracted on Thursday. 😳

Mrs Tkk got up and made the coffee ☕️ earlier. Now on my second cup ☕️.
Drizzle, but my weather app tells me that it is 5 degrees milder than the seasonal average ( I do like an optimistic weather app, some of them are too pessimistic )

I have put a load of washing in the machine. I have no doubt that I'm being rather optimistic as its bound to start raining as soon as i put it outside to dry. ( The washing, not the washing machine)
