Morning all . It’s raining here in Coventry . Just checked the met office and it’s due stop about 9.30/10am.
Really hope it does as our first race today is 11am and there is nothing worst than putting all your wet weather gear on only for the rain to stop just as the race starts.

It’s what we call in sailing ‘ a boil in the bag situation’ lol

Have a good day everyone. 😀

I have put a load of washing in the machine. I have no doubt that I'm being rather optimistic as its bound to start raining as soon as i put it outside to dry. ( The washing, not the washing machine)

Have you thought of using a dehumidifier? We have one that we bought for our daughter and when she upgraded to a better model ( Ebac ) we inherited it and now use it constantly while the weather is crap.

Good morning all  .
Enjoyed last night. My daughter was not able to visit but my SiL did and stayed over. We get on really well and had an enjoyable evening. AND the fish, chips and peas were excellent.
My best/long term friend is coming later. Lpool play Utd in the FA cup. He is a big Utd supporter so we enjoy those games. I will do a ploughman's for us to chomp on.

Morning soggy walk up to church this morning, it feels cold too, but it is 12c, maybe it's just me.

Morning all.
It's still raining :rain:
We are supposed to be going to Hatfield house, home of Elizabeth 1 and occasional hunting lodge of Henry V111, today for a dog walk and daffodil day show, also going to pop in to see our daughter to see how she is. She lives in nearby Welwyn but had three wisdom teeth extracted on Thursday. 😳
Owdo
Just try not to lose your head, and keep an eye open for the Grey Lady, and hope you don't see her.
Don't they accept money invWelwyn yet.

Will that be a Liverpool ploughman's or a Manchester ploughman's?
