Morning all

MrsD's BSA Bantam is being delivered this morning, so that will give me something to tinker with. It needs a bit of investigative surgery to sort out a gearbox problem - so that will be an engine out job.

Back from Aldi.....hard work today as my legs don't want to work.
As previously stated they do annoy me sometimes.
3 things I wanted and their response were.....
1. Quaker oats.....sorry, we only get them on specials.
2. Frozen duck spring rolls......sorry, they are a winter item only and we are stocking summer items now! Me, "come on, that's rediculous".....so she looked in another freezer and miraculously found them.
3. Tempura prawns. I said "the sign is there but no prawns"..she looked and said "oh, they are fish burgers". Me...I can see that, so where are the prawns". ...her "they must be out of stock".

Tesco is harder to get to for me and maybe more expensive but the customer service is better.

And talking of Quaker oates.....I called at Tesco Express and they had them. 1 for £4.00 or 2 for £5.00 !!!
Why do they do that? You are more or less forced into buying more than you want.

I just dislike those offers.....they should just give a fair price to start with.

Took the car through to Comrie to give it a run and have a different walk, then went and got some petrol. Probably last me another 6 months

Suddenly feeling knackered and exhausted.
