Bought a Gerber style multi tool from Lidl, £4.99 less my 10% discount.

Wasn't expecting much but I'm pleasantly pleased to discovered it's a fairly decent bit of kit. With a different brand name I'd have been happy to pay £50, so change from a fiver makes it a real bargain.

Night everyone, I really hope that Dave7 got through tough day today, he has been on my mind for most of it. Take care everyone.

Today's ride.
2C at 8AM with the full moon still quite high in the west. Clear skies all day and the temp rose to 14C. Completely calm and we rode 52km.

Started young, and still going.
Good morning all.
I have woken up with a sore throat, chest cough and a runny nose. I'll be out to get some stores in later on. Lemons, honey and anything else to help the symptoms.
I don't think it's the Vid though.
Other than that, today will be spent in the garden. Grass cutting, and planting out many tomatoes that have started to grow vigorously now the weather has warmed up.

Morning all.
I won't bore you with details but yesterday was very mixed.
1st let me thank Mr Screenman and others for your thoughts

, amazing how much that helps.
There were 13 people, mainly family but with a few close friends.
Lots of hugs. Lots of tears from me (where do do all come from )
Daughter was a massive help eg everyone was invited to put some soil in and I declined. After a chat with her I managed to do it.
Granddaughter put her arm around me and supported me throughout.
Pub meal was a success though I struggled to eat anything.
Again I thank you all the support.

Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.
