Bloody scam phone call to the landline supposedly from my bank telling me I had made a couple of large suspicious transactions and press button 1 to authorise or 2 to speak to a caller. Obviously didn’t do this and phoned the number back and it is unrecognised. What a surprise!

You shouldn't phone back as they then know you are a living person and will pass it on.

I used the mobile and the setting for withholding my number.
#31# before the number you are dialling also withholds your IMEI and SIM card numbers from the system.
