Very much enjoyed yesterday’s Vuelta, also we just about had time to squeeze in viewing of the MTB World’s, another good result for Creiff.

What with this new fangled climate change stuff we have had several days of very high winds resulting in a lot of os of trees on the ground.g . On our Sunday ride I ran over a twig/branch/log which became stuck under my front mudguard. Due to my superb cycling skills sthe bike remained upright and the sixty to early seventy year old youngsters bent the stays back again and allowed the wheel to rotate again. However the mudguard is cracked in several places so I will require a new one.

Supposed to be dry all day though the sky tells me different.
@ebikeerwidnes we got one BIG clap of thunder with lightning but it was overhead and made us jump.
@PaulSB not sure what to add. You seem to have a good family which is a massive help.

I haven't wore jeans since I was about 14 years old and doubt if I ever will again.

I have cancelled the delivery of the plasterboards as it is raining too much and they would be soaked by the time get they here on an open top lorry. Postponed till tomorrow when it is supposed to be dry.
