One of my regular cycling buddies accidentally (genuinely) left a cafe without paying recently. He called them when he got home, no one had noticed, cycled down the next day and paid. He got free cake for his trouble. A win all round.

So, here I am. Good morning. I could have been here a lot earlier. Another poor sleep. Or is it? I was in bed for 9.30pm and slept till 2.45am - 5+ hours - then dozed till 4.00am when I got up. I don't know, feeling quite chipper at the moment.
Today is November 29th. Forty four years ago today Mr and Mrs P tied the knot. It's been up, down, rocky, fun and lots of other things. We have a decent home, three excellent sons, two beautiful granddaughters - by 2.00pm today it will be three!!! Pretty damn good in my view. Yes, you read that right #3 small person will arrive today - Mum has elected for a C section. She will be baby Quin.
Tonight we're eating out with friends at a new Greek restaurant in town. We hear it's good. There's Baklava on the menu, so my dessert choice is sorted. I hear the milk person has just been, one more cup of coffee before I.......................clean the fire, empty the dishwasher, iron................
Weather - light breeze and a ridiculous 11⁰ 😱

Greek restaurants. Only ever been to one and had (can't recall the name) slow cooked lamb, delicious.
Neighbours funeral today (the wife) . Not looking forward to it as I am told the guy has completely fallen apart.
Cleaner is here at 10.00 so I will strip the bed and put bedding in to wash and dry. She then remakes the bed and folds the washed stuff up........ stuff I hate doing.

Morning all
Yay! Fish Friday! Off to the harbour at lunchtime.
Came across an old mate on FB yesterday and spent a fair bit of time chatting. Found out that another mate, from way back, had a massive stroke and died last year.
Going to Minehead later for the Kast Off Kinks concert, stopping overnight at our mates place and going to the Christmas fair tomorrow.
