Up at stupid o'clock again. Lying awake at 4 so I gave in and got up.
Not sure what the day holds out for me other than making a beef stew for my granddaughter.

Morning. Been awake for ages but my bed was cosy. It’s minus 2 anyway and last nights slushy snow has now frozen as I thought it would. I’ve heard a couple of cars on the street and their tyres were making that crackling noise you get driving on thick ice. I’ll forgo my early walk.

My neck is still a bit stiff and painful so Q day for me.

My neck is still a bit stiff and painful so Q day for me.

My neck has been giving me grief for some time. Just wear and tear I think plus too much computer/tablet time. I’ve spent a fortune on different pillows over the last few years too and settled on the Tempur shaped one. Most of my headaches seem to originate in my neck.

Good morning all.
My first mug of tea is being drunk as we speak.
Today Is a nothing kind of day, i have all the usual things to do, but nothing out of the ordinary. I might do a bit of bike cleaning and fettling.
I've decided to cook a fish pie for tea with fresh vegetables.
