Thanks but no thanks. I think I'll pass.

what run times do you get from your rechargeable lights?
Do you have to recharge after each ride?

The maker's claim is 3 - 24 hours depending on the selected mode. I find this accurate, if anything an under estimate. I use "day bright" mode which is pulsing on the highest illumination. This gives 6 - 8 hours, usually 8+ for the front, 6½/7 rear. Oddly the front seems to last longer than the rear. I ride with two rear lights, the Garmin Varia and the Exposure. This gives me at least 13/14 hours runtime.

Yes, I recharge after every ride. With careful management, switch off at cafe etc. I could probably squeeze two rides but it doesn't seem worth the risk.

I have a socket board set up in the bedroom with a cable and plug for everything I need to charge. It's easy to keep on top of.

Both lights are powerful enough for full night illumination. I no longer need this though.

Good morning. The sky is clear and we have a gentle breeze, the forecast is sunshine 🌞 and 6⁰ at 10.00 and 8⁰ by 12.00. My dilemma is what clothing to wear for today's ride??

My other dilemma is can I make this a 50 miler for the CC challenge? Illness has kept one of my buddies off his bike for three weeks. I need to be home by 2.00pm latest. I'd probably need to put in an extra 15 before we meet to be sure of 50. That means an 8.00am darkness, rush hour start. 🤔😟

Then I have a PT session this afternoon. A discussion on HR is needed.

I'm wondering how long before my FA tells me Trump has crashed my retirement finances. D******d.
