Nothing much on normal telly tonight so I have watched a pleasant film on Netflix. Just a light hearted easy watch.

Couple of Ryvita and peanut butter with a cuppa for supper.

I'm not sure why but we're watching The Apprentice. These people are pathetic. One doesn't know what rhubarb is. Another thought "nib" stood for "number in box." Another contestant pointed out nib is a word!

I can't stand that program.To me, it represents all that is wrong with human's nature: greed, selfishness and lack of compassion for others.
Needless to say, I never watch it.

Škoda’s in for the third time tomorrow morning - but I did fit a new rear wiper blade today, so some progress.

Other than that, soak in the bath this morning to ease the aches from last night’s MTB ride, then after lunch a 5 mile dog walk. Afternoon tea and cake followed by the school run, toad in the hole for tea and boom, its bedtime again.

It's very good and, in my view, you don't need to be a huge Bob Dylan fan to appreciate or enjoy it.

Good morning. Stuck my head out of the window, grey and perhaps warmer than yesterday. What exciting events do we have lined up for today? Well! It's all go 🙄 Ironing next, morning workout routine and then drop Mrs P off for immunotherapy. While she's doing that I'm going to order fence panels and other timber I need for the allotment. Exciting. Eh?

At some point I have serious bike TLC to do. After several winter rides she needs a thorough clean. The chain needs proper attention. I haven't managed to get my routine going for chain and group set maintenance on this bike.....yet. Force of circumstance and weather......a nice dry warm garage would be a blessing in winter.
