Oh yes - my wife can;t get about much and doesn;t walk well- but she still acts like a young person in that way
so it annoy me when I come across (as happened a short while ago) when old people wander up the aisle in ASDA side by side and force me to stand still pressed up by the shelves
and then walk past and don;t even say "Thank you" never mind moving out of the way a bit
the ones that did it today actually gave me a dirty look - for reasons that are beyond me
This never seems to happen with younger people - even ones with kids behave better than some old people
anyway - rant over - better not take my blood pressure for a while!!
That's suspicious
What kind of creature is it that can't stand garlic??
I always thought the depths of Wales harboured strange creatures
(I have met a few of them in North Wales!!! - taught a few as well!!!)
Garlic keeps the Vampires away. Allegedly.
My group of close friends range from 67 to 71, but we classify ourselves as young old people. We are still very active going to gigs, and travelling around regularly, and still reasonably fit.
I do get annoyed and frustrated with old people dithering around and just stopping in the middle of the pavement or the aisles in the shops for no apparent reason. Maybe I'm being unreasonable and at some point in the future that could be me. I hope not though.
Square eyes now. I binged all of Virdee.
