Currently running an hour behind schedule. I planned to be at the LBS by now. C'est la vie. I'm retired, all the time in the world.

Adolescence. Anyone watching this on Netflix? It's very, very good. Harrowing but good. The unique thing about this series is each episode is made in one shoot. No scenes. No editing etc. Works very well.

My lad is flying to LA. He's at Heathrow. He's not very happy!!

Yes, we binge-watched all 4 on release and it was very good and impactful.

Prompted some different lines of thought about such situations and a long discussion between the two of us.

Straight off the Leeds train onto the Shipley one. Left bags in the hotel and wandered along to the café. Ordered the Mezze for two. Cafe spacious and light, loads of veggie food and a bit of Ravi Shankar playing in the background 😎

Anyone trying to get airborne from Heathrow today? It's a bit quiet 🤫

My lad was due to fly to LA at 9.00 yesterday. He's rebooked for today but isn't hopeful.

Daughter is on her way to join us for this weeks skiing…thank goodness she chose Gatwick 😜
Couple of rest days this week - we are rather tired now - but still one day of almost 40km skied, & lots of blue skies - nice spring conditions for the most part 💪
Looks like more cloud this week, which is good if it lowers the temps, getting rather slushy in the afternoons 🫣
Son & gf left yesterday after a fine time - all about creating crazy memories whilst we can ⛷️❄️😎

My new knee is fitted and at the moment is a bit sore, the painkillers have worn off over night and the nurse is doing the rounds with the meds as we speak.
X-rays and then the people who torture you, sorry physiotherapists are come to see me.
