It's wet, windy and misty here so I made an executive decision and have started a fire.

Rain has stopped. My water butts are now full again, which is highly excellent.

My cold manflu 🤧 has returned I feel like 💩 again, I think I will have to take two paracetamols and early to bed.

Now enjoying a very cheap pint at a Weatherpoons in Leeds. Chucked it down all the way here, however the trip across the Peak District was still stunning even in the rain. Stopped in Buxton for lunch, definitely need to come back here on my motorcycle, the area is beautiful.

Buxton is on the list when Mrs D retires.

FFS, I go out for a few hours and when I get home MrsP has fired up the central heating.

Well it's 19.15 and I'm still in the corridor and it's freezing.
I have my PJs, fleece track bottoms, 2 blankets and 2 fleece jackets. It's not just me, even the nurses are complaining.

Bit of an update.
In a bed but in a corridor. It is sooo busy. Lots of poorly people.
Had my bloods taken etc and now have a cannula in with a drip of some sort.
Not spoken to a Doctor yet.

Seen your earlier post not long since, hope they either discharge you or get you onto a ward. Those corridors aren't the best places to be.
