I’ve had salmon too. A fillet of the nice chilli flake one I like with some brown rice and tomatoes. Trying to eat a bit healthier.

The blackberry bushes are loaded with flowers, just need the 🐝 🐝 to do their stuff and then some rain to swell the berries.

We've got a plum tree in garden and the branches are loaded with fruit. Issue might be after such a dry spell a sudden period of heavy rain can cause them to split. They absorb water too quickly for skin to grow.

When I went to Aldi the other day I bought some yoghurt. Brooklea it's called. They have different flavours and it's quite cheap for a large pot. I bought 3 different flavours and they're all good.

Dave, I reckon I've cracked it mate. Welshie is probably an agent of some foreign power ( possibly the Peoples front for Wales, and not those splitters the Welsh Peoples Front ) and is communicating with her handlers by inserting coded messages into her posts. It's likely that her bloomers are being used as semaphore messages too, as when she hangs them on the line they are easily observable from passing satellites.
If you don't hear from me again it's possible that they're on to me...

Well, we have been to the crematorium and arrived 20 minutes early . I was surprised that there was hardly anybody there so I checked the list by the door and my wife's friend was at 12.30 !!
My wife was quite upset that we missed it and when she double checked her text message from her friend's daughter, it definitely said 2.30. We can only assume it was a typing error on her part and that she didn't read the text again before sending it

She said her friend, up there , wherever she is now, is probably having a good laugh now as she had a good sense of humour .

I sometimes buy their cholesterol lowering drinks. I think they are Brooklea too. Much cheaper than Benecol.

Yes, the excellent Sliced Bread Podcast looked into those, the less expensive own brands are equally effective as the expensive brands.
