:hello:Morning, I don't know why I bother to go to sleep, as I don't sleep

Another night of interrupted sleep but if I added my 'lumps' of sleep together it's not too bad.
My plan is to listen to Tony Blackburn, SoTS 6-8 then go for a short stroll.

I am on 'pet watch' today as the family are all out. Basically that entails letting them (2 dogs + 1 cat) out into the garden as and when needed.

Aldi.
As someone said on here, some of their copies are quite good.
They can imo also get it badly wrong eg for ages they have sold Quaker porridge oats.
They have swapped that for their own brand.......awful, lumpy and tasteless. I got a box of 10 sachets, tried 1, the rest will go in the bin.

Good morning. A beautiful day dawns. It's deliciously cool in the house at the moment. My watch says I woke at 3:53. I believe that. Just idled away an hour watching Dept Q. Very good and very disturbing.

I think I'm waking early as I have stuff outstanding to do. Over the next couple of days I plan to crack that.

This morning I'm going to challenge myself. I'll join the club ride which is passing my road. It's hilly. From my place +/-45 miles and 4500 feet including the genuinely fearsome Birdy Brow. 😱 I haven't climbed like this in two years........we will see.

Brookland yoghurts and protein drinks? Yep! A big ✅️ from Paul. Generally I think Aldi own brand, most of it is own brand, is very good. Sainsbury's on the other hand 🤮

Stay cool.

Have you tried Aldi Kavanagh organic porridge oats? The best I've found by a long way. Large oats, very little dust and makes excellent porridge and flapjack.

No, not tried them.
I want simple.
With the Quaker you empty the sachet into eg a jug, fill the sachet with milk and add that. A quick stir then 2 minutes in the micro. Result is lump free porridge to which I add blueberries and a squirt of honey.
