We have thunder.
Really !! Full sunshine here.
We had thunder last night, and some light rain for a couple of hours this morning, but now the sun is out and it is quite warm .

SWMBO is still out
lawn has been cut as there was a problem cutting it as it made watching the tennis difficult
nipped into Tesco on the way back from taking her and got some steak and had steak and chips for tea
with Dark Side of the Moon playing on the hifi
proper DSotM on LP through decentish speakers
and when I say proper - I mean with the correct timing
which to me mean a slight slowing down and speeding up as the LP has always been a bit warped and so the speed that the stylus goes over the surface varies
to me it just sounds a bit wrong if that variation is not there!!!

Well I have picked the drunken bums up from the pub and taken "the other one" home
(they have the same first name)
and brought mine back
naturally she rang up just as the kettle boiled
and as I was just in the middle of figuring out how to connect my laptop up to the hifi amp so I could play AC/DC properly
anyway
more tennis tomorrow
so I might be going out for a ride again - I can only stand so much!

Went for a ride today
normal loop so out along one canal - along nature reserve pathto the other one and back on that
Passed a bloke on the way back and I recognised him from the way out
funny thing is that I did the same last time on that loop
different person on a very different bike
but never noticed that before and I discovered that loop during lockdown and I have done it most weeks since then and never noticed someone doing the same loop backwards
