I have limited experience of buying Jeans compared to a certain member of this Parish, I would recommend looking at Alpkit as their jeans, although pricey are excellent. They're also a great company that offer repairs to their own ( and other manufacturers ) kit, pay a living wage etc. I've been using them since about 2006 and their kit is top rate.

I am metered, and my bill was reasonable. £18 per month. From last month due to the price increase, not my usage, it's gone up to £30

Not even sure what it is here. It’s lumped in with the community charge.
