Good morning from a sunny Dorset. It's quite exhausting having a house full again! They're all off to Knoll beach ( Shell Bay ) today, give us a bit of time for a hoover round and general tidy up followed by a spin on the Brommies as Mrs Tkk is keen to try out her new G line.

Another lovely day, make most of next few days as next week it's all change.

Back from my walk.
It's very 'still' out there and surprisingly pleasant. Not pleasant enough to sit on the patio though.
Think I will have a coffee and cogitate (it's good to have a cogitation occasionally )

I've just remembered that resurfacing work starts today, now actually 8am, so we are kind of trapped in our road, as there is only one way in and out, until 5pm today. This work will be going on until next Thursday.

Fish Friday!

Minehead beer festival this afternoon, so I'll be giving our usual lunchtime session a miss.
I'll give the Montesa a test ride around the garden this morning just to make sure that my welding on the footrests is up to scratch.

Morning again. I really enjoyed my walk since it was so much cooler.

Mostly off road apart from a bit of road at the start and finish. Out past the allotments, through a couple of fields, a loop and a half round the loch then cross the main road and onto another trail up over the hill through the woods and back home.

Porridge time now.

Morning. Gosh the mornings are getting dark now. A few more weeks and I might have to look out the head torch if I want to get out really early. I’ve been hearing the geese arriving too.

Surprisingly here in the great land downunder the mornings are getting lighter.

Well.....nothing fell off....not even me!

Bonjour. I took Molly to the vet earlier and hated leaving her behind for her x ray.
When I saw her little face when she looked back at me as I left, it brought a lump to my throat.
Luckily, I should bring her back at 2.30.
As I am sitting here, the house is empty without her.

I've been sneezing a lot and have a runny nose it's either hay fever or I've got man flu again 🤧
Lunch today will be battered cod, mushy peas and bubble and squeak, the latter should have been part
of my breakfast, but couldn't face that this morning so have it now.
We have 24c here so a walk will be done this afternoon.
