Enjoy your wander

I did. 9 miles done with a couple of short jogs mixed in. I'm too heavy to run properly  I got a fright when I weighed myself yesterday!

Just looking back some of my old photos on Faceache and found this one of Millie dog. Been a while since I lost her now.

Bruce's current girlfriend is a big lady rottie. They fancy each other big time.

Good morning from a beautiful autumnal feeling Lancashire. Not much to say. I was nackered last night and went to bed ridiculously early - 9.10pm. Of course I was wide awake by 2.30. So I got up, did the crossword, tidied round - as you do at 3.30am - before going back to bed and sleeping till 8.00ish. I have a couple of things to do on the allotment and housework. We haven't cleaned properly for two or three weeks and we're away for a few days from Thursday so today is really the last chance to get the house straight.

I'll be back................... ^_^ ^_^

Been for my walk.
I decided to beat Mo's 9 miles........I will do the other 8 on another day ^_^ .
Sun was out but it was a bit blustery and I enjoyed what I did.
Sorted the blue bin out and will now feed the birdies. The problem with feeding the birds is that they eat it!!!
I/they have no sunflower hearts left so I will fill it with mealworm.
Then.......its toast with butter and marmalade on.
