Good morning. 'Tis grey, damp, overcast and feels a bit chilly. We had pouring rain last night, the ground is wet but there's no breeze and the sky is lightning. Less of a weather report and more Paul persuading himself to go for a ride.
I've been up since 4.00am, got many chores completed and thought about dinner. Inspiration did not arrive. I feel quite weary but hey ho, on we go. I'll try for a 30 minute nap.

A Q day for me. I try to keep wednesday as my day off, and im rained kn anyway.
Good morning all.
A bit of a sleep in, only just woken up.
The weather is quite bright at the moment, but is due to rain again later on.
Last nights quiz went quite well, our table came 4th, the last two years they have come last, so my inclusion this year boosted their position. I was able to answer quite a lot of questions on my own to help them along.
I have a swimming session booked today, so I'll cycle down there, all exercise helps.

A long heavy sleep was had. I can't see any pattern as to why some nights I struggle to sleep but most nights I sleep well (too well?).
Won't be on much today (stop cheering at the back) as our Virgin Internet &TV is down. According to thier website it's out till 16.11 today.....very precise.
Off for a haircut shortly.

Light rain with outbreaks of drizzle...lovely 
My roses are on the way together with some more daffs and another sea holly, too easy to get carried away with plant purchases it adds up!
Did my new hill again yesterday and is going to feature as a regular ride, its 30 miles with hill at mid point and returning the way i came-a good workout avoiding the A9.
Have been binge watching 'Call the midwife' i find it entertaining and irritating at the same time! constant saccharine smiling and the religious aspect can be cringe worthy but i want to know what happens next to each of the characters!

The trouble with this smart meter malarkey is that I'm slightly OCD, so there is the distinct possibility that I could become obsessed with looking at it and the numbers
