@Dave7 it takes a bit more planning but it is just like living in a house or flat but the scenery is different every day where we are. Sun currently lighting one side in brilliant colours, saw a beaver briefly earlier, ducks are pottering and a heron is on the prowl. No traffic noise, no people just lovely.

Morning folks will be putting the bike on the turbo trainer today oh joy! how i love pedalling indoors.....
Still havent beat windows chess game...nearly but nearly is useless i used to beat it on level 10 by attacking and sacrificing anything less leads to a grinding defeat as its positional play is always terminator perfect!

Morning from the snowy Ochils. Snow cover is almost down to the village. Thermometer is reading 3 degrees C at the moment. The sky is very overcast but it's not quite sleeting, for now. Lots of birds on the feeder, blue tit's, Robin and sparrow.

Good morning all. It's very wet and cold here in stark contrast to yesterday which was sunny, clear, windless and cold. We had an absolutely brilliant ride, 65 miles in late autumn sunshine with lots of effort from all involved. Not much has happened here in the last 72 hours though we seem to have been ridiculously busy. #3SP today and I think we will be stuck inside all day, not much point in even getting the pram as it's gonna be rain, rain, rain.

A couple of TV hints. We finished Riot Women last night. The BBC at it's very best. Wonderful stuff. I watched two episodes of Wild Cherry on Sunday night, the Beeb again. Dreadful yet the subject matter had so much potential. A real shame.

anyway - I'm awake - up awhile ago

Pre-op today - took my tablet this morning and thought
"Hmm - shoud they have told me not to take these by now"

checked and the NHS website said I should have
but not under any circumstances to stop until told to do so


so I will ask later - it was to late for today anyway
