Morning. A cool day but it’s to be dry and breezy. Better than rain.

£100 from Ernie. Better than nothing but a bit more would have been nice.

Good morning all.
Uncle Ernie has given me £50 this month.
The rain has stopped for the time being and I might see a bit if sunshine this morning before the return of the rain this evening.
I have a few errands to run so I'll be out and about on the bike later on.

Well - I have just rung the hospital

I had an appointment on 223rd October and they wanted a blood test as my Coeliac test were too high - which was weird as the dietician said it was "about as low as you can get it"

ANyway - had the test but the results go to the hospital and don;t appear on the NHS app - at least not so far

and I have got a lot better at sticking to the diet over the last year or so - so the old results might be rubbish - including I might be getting it all wrong!

SO I rang up to check and it seems like I am down for another appointment - in April next year with the person who said I was doing OK

so I have asked them to send me the test results

but honestly - why not just chuck them at the NHS App then everyone will have them??

That's what it is there for!!

Annoying thing is that this is OK for an awkward b****r like me who will ring up and check - but a lot of people just trust the doctor and assume they know what they are doing and will tell them what they need to do

My sentiments exactly.

Our GP Surgery appear to either not know how to use the NHS App, or, wilfully ignore it. As you say, for someone who is able to pursue these things, fine, however, how about the thousands of not so able?
