No spare time today.. Dropping Bonnie at kiddies house ti be doggy-sat by granddaughter as I'm taking daughter to hospital for her 8 weekly crohns infusion thence heading to Popeyes for an early lunch with grandson before getting some last minute pressies.
After that lot, we're off to the Panto!! Oh, yes we are!! 🎭

Morning. Crap sleep as I had the weird nerve pain I get in my foot every now and again.

I’m seriously thinking about giving the carnivore diet a try, at least for 3 months to see how I feel. I’ve been bingeing a channel on YouTube with a guy that’s done hundreds of interviews with people all over the world that have lost massive weight, reduced inflammation, reversed diabetes, cured back pain. Even some who say it shrunk cancer tumours.

Read about that......its good to help you get pregnant!!! Maybe another Christmas miracle eh.

I went back to bed at 6ish and had a good 3 hours. Wish I could say it's made me feel better but it hasn't .
Hopefully a bowl of porridge with blueberries and a bit of honey will help.

It use to be a family tradition when a lot of us had small children which faded way when mrs exlaser brothers and sisters moved away and I don’t think we will every have our own grandchildren to take .

Good morning from Leeds which I'm led to believe is " Gods own country "
Hotel is lovely, it's a Premier inn opposite Leeds Arena. Had a wander round last night and everywhere was buzzing. Today's task is to get some cheese, daughter got some from the cheese shop in Chapel Allerton yesterday. It was " reassuringly expensive " 😮 so we're heading to the market this morning. As it's Christmas we're planning on getting some Babybell, or " sweet baby cheeses " 😁

Asda Just delivered the goodies, including a bigger than ordered turkey.
He says we were lucky to get it as Asda have totally run out. Apparently people were queuing to get in yesterday but they had none left.
He said it was down to bird flu.

Yes, there are all kinds of stories circulating here about Supermarkets failing to deliver various meat products, ordered weeks ago, because they have “run out”.

Yesterday I went to a local hotel and there was a group of chess players at the entrance. They were all claiming to be THE best in the county.
It annoyed me.
There's nothing worse than chess nuts boasting in an open foyer.
