Good morning from London, just heading off for the journey back to Poole. Son has underfloor heating in the bathroom, it's quite pleasant, I can see the attraction of heating that way, if your feet are toasty your body tends to feel warmer.
Had a great time visiting family, we're already planning a visit to Brum in February to catch up with more siblings.

True - I think I lost a job in Manchester

I replied that that was brilliant and maybe I could get a tax discount for missionary work

Chatting to 8yo granddaughter over Christmas, didn't realise that she'd been with mummy to Stonehenge for the winter equinox. Evidently there were thousands there, shuttle buses running ( and a lot of people drumming ). Avebury is closer and a lot more open.

I have been in town looking at wireless headphones,just in case the bluetooth hearing aids do not get offered.Anyway i was looking in a jewellers at a watch i fancy ,when i saw a sign ,Watch batteries fitted.Well i stood there for thirty mins,my feet were freezing,never saw anything.

One of our group was not riding yesterday. His wife suffered a mild stroke on Christmas day. Her speech is fine and no other major problems were diagnosed.
The general consensus of those on the ride was that if Libby was tucked up safely in hospital why wasn't he on the ride!
