Evening folks :okay: to risky/cold for cycling boo... trying to keep boredom at bay is always hard through the winter months, theres only so much beach walking/seaweed collecting i can do, will be up to my ears in seaweed!
Just finished 'Prehistoric planet' its ok but too many guesstimates/assumptions on dinosaur behaviour- bit like 'walking with dinosaurs' but more so.
Spose i'll put the bike on the turbo oh joy....what i need is a alternative reality headset so i could peddle through the jurassic!

Good morning all.
It's cold and dark outside, top temperature today is only going to be 5⁰C.
I've got a few errands to run, so I will be out and about on the bike for a while. I'll see if I can get a haircut whilst I'm out. The barnet is looking a bit unkempt at the moment.

Good morning from a chilly Dorset. I find it surprising how a journey, where you're mostly sitting on your arse on a train/bus can be so tiring. Decided it must be the stress of travel, with the background worry about making a connection, plus lugging luggage around that does it. Great to sleep in our own bed last night, looking forward to stretching the legs. Have a peaceful day folks.

Good morning all. A decent 7 1/2 hours sleep has been slept.
The forecast tells me to expect a tropical 6° later.
Not much to do although I might go to the farm shop for bird food (sunflower hearts). I ordered some on the Asda delivery as they do 3 Kg packs but they supplied just 650 gm which didn't even fill the main feeder.
Last night I made a large chicken stirfry. It fed 3 of us (SiL had 2 lots) and there is enough left for me today.
Stay safe folk.
