For some, it’ll be my TFIF jokes email, an almost weekly missive I pen.
A thing I started during a low-morale period of work many years ago, & has continued as my way to keep in regular touch with old pals & family. & in some cases total strangers: a couple of friends have asked me to add other friends to the circulation, which currently stands over 100 🤪

I ought to thank the jokers here - quite a few CC ones have made it into print 🤓
Since the last one, I have learned a good mate in SanFran visited Costco last week, another has a funeral next Monday & a third had Whisky Club yesterday afternoon 🤣

After breakfast we are getting a bus to a place called Puerto Magon. MrsP wants to go to the market there and the place is apparently quite pretty. We will get the water taxi back.

Bruce seems much improved, the probiotic yoghurt has done its job, whichever a relief. Because they can't talk you wnd up fearing all sorts of scenarios and I'd be heartbroken to lose my Brucie. Anyway, it was probably gastroenteritis and hes well on the mend.

Good morning. No weather yet. It's a treatment day with an early start, 8.30. Unusually I set the alarm and didn't wake till it went off. This may be a new trick to a better sleep?

I'll drop Mrs P at the hospital and then do the Aldi dash, haircut and home. Chores for the day are upstairs hoover and dust, ironing and the bathrooms.

I'll be making tea I expect, no idea what though. Inspiration is needed. Aldi burgers?? I'm not sure how Mrs P will take to this?? We, she makes our own burgers and jolly good they are too.

Yay! Fish Friday!
Guys from the water company supposedly turning up this morning to fit a water meter, so we have to wait in.
I'll have a tinker with my new ride on mower just to familiarise myself while I'm waiting.
If they turn up early, we'll have a stroll down to the harbour for lunch.

I had built up a good circle whilst working…..continuing that and adding other pals along the way has been my way to keep it. A few supply me with things that make them laugh for inclusion, but many just pop me a message back every now & then, which is just as nice 🙏
& of course the joke thread on here is one of my sources 🤪
