Watch it next time you fly, O'Leary is thinking of adopting a fare pricing system based on weight. Early days, but it appears as though you could leave some of your luggage behind to offset slight differences.Eek, I just hopped on the scales, and I'm 6kg's heavier than I was before the holiday. I've got some work to do.

I know I will definitely be in the minority, but I've never been in a plane.
I said I would not fly again but the family want me to go to the Canaries with them, the 3 grandchildren and the SiLs Mum.......next December. By that time my passport will have run out so I would have to pay for a new one.
I would rather stay at home but the pressure is on.
It used to be an enjoyable experience but its just a pita now. So much security means it takes ages, like over an hour, to get through it all.
I think you also have to present yourself 90 minutes before the flight.

Me and Mrs D struggled anyway as were limited on where we could go due to her health. Theres nowhere either of us want to go, and as we get older we feel less able to justify that selfish level of pollution purely for a jolly so we put our money where our environment mental mouths are. We didn't want to be like Emma Thompson, moaning about climate change while jetting round the planet.
I try never to fly Ryanair. I prefer to use Sleazyjet as they are marginally better.

Morning all from a grey Coventry .
Spending money and sorting out a pension this morning 😀.
Going well so far .
First off , rejoined Cycling UK . This might not sound difficult, but for the last two years I havnt managed to do it on line or by phone and had to resort to sending a letter with a CHEQUE inside . I had sent loads of emails asking them to sort of this situation and they must of read one at last, as everything went though perfectly today.
Secondly I have some money in a drawdown pension which I havnt checked on in a while ( three years if I am honest, yes I know that’s bad ) and was pleasantly surprised . It looks my need to look for part time work is not so urgent after all .😀
