Good morning all from a rainy Barnet. Who'd of guessed it :rain:
Some domestics this morning, then I'll cycle up to the market, and i may stop at the Mitre for a pint on the way home. It's a while since the Titanic Plum Porter was on, I do sometimes have to go out of my way to find it though.

Morning.
Grey, wet, same old.
Crap nights sleep as too much in head. Picking up kids from train station to visit my father in hospital. Grim all around.

Morning all :hello:

Didn't make it to Minehead yesterday due to traffic delays at Dunster. Went for a walk at Blue Anchor instead.
A mate rang me yesterday and has gifted me a sidecar!
It's pretty tidy but could do with a link of paint.
I'm popping over on Thursday to pick it up. I think I'll fit it to my 350 AJS - should suit it.

another busy day

Age Uk appointment this morning and SWMBO needs taking to get "her hair done" this afternoon!
Apparently they place she goes to doesn;t take cards so she has to pay with cash - and she never has any so guess who always ends up having to go and get some!

it also seems to cost over £40 - mine costs under £10 - it also takes several hours when mine takes about 10 minutes

good thing is that it is next door to the LBS - whch is good

Our after walk natter in the local 'Spoons yesterday saw me enjoying a pint of plum porter. The first mouthful did indeed taste really plummy, and like all of the ales from Titanic brewery, it went down really well...

Have you ever tried their cherry porter? Normally I'm not a fan of fruity ales, but these two do hit the spot.
