to be fair - she used to go to another place a few doors away - that was years ago but cost about £70
this place is much cheaper but the lady seems to be able to do it better
Cheese on toast, Welsh Rarebit. A simple yet satisfying dish. It was fascinating to watch the Chef at Fallow restaurant in London ( on YouTube) adapting a Michelin starred restaurant version. It involved Newcastle Brown Ale, ( the original recipe used Guinness ) Hendersons Relish and Marmite😎. Really tempted to have a go myself...

I did it to Sue once with no problems.
It might have helped that she was asleep at the time .
