Good morning from a damp Dorset. My 10k run yesterday has resulted in my watch telling me that I need 33 more hours recovery 🤔.
Collecting granddaughter from school today, her school will be closed tomorrow but her mums school will be open so it's a collect and sleepover day😀. Will need to do some " bumping down the stairs on my arse training " as she's sure to want to race me again ( she gives me a 2 tread advantage but still beats me ).

Edit: AA said they would be here in 30 minutes, and, so far (ie 20 minutes in) they are still saying they will be here in that 30 minute window. Fingers crossed.

I am tempted. It has one of these new fangled Apps, which tells you that the windows, doors etc are locked, unlocked, how good your driving style is etc etc. The App is saying "Everything fine", I am shouting at the App "everything is not fine, it will not F****** start!" 😂

Actually dry. However it's pretty breezy and I want to fit new Freesat dish if I can so in a gale might be a challenge given position and access.
I'd also like to get out for a spin if I get the chance.
Never been so busy since retiring with one thing or another.
