Update - Phew

Went to the hospital on Monday afternoon as I have double vision, they first thought I have has a bleed on the brain or a tumour behind the eye......not good, they have stuck a prism lens to the inside of my glasses as a temporary fix, but will need a brain scan.
Didn't get the scan until 23:30 Tuesday and had to wait until late afternoon for the results “All Clear” wow, how they think it is a weak eye muscle, I need to be monitored for the next three months and also need a MRI scan too, so not out of the woods just yet.
The vision is OK with the lens, but I don't feel confident to drive as yer.

Evening folks enjoyed a good hilly workout today and am rapidly restoring any lost fitness from my winter loafing
Got home and my raspberry plants and geranium had been delivered, really felt like slouching on the couch with a coffee but thought i had better get them healed in. Dont usually do gardening in my cycling gear but it needed to be done and anyway it'll give the neighbours a chance to admire my honed physique ahem....a rickety aging greying bean pole

Bit of a crap day. Had hospital blood test to see how liver doing after latest chemo, but did not get results I had anticipated. I thought I felt good and general well being improving however test shows very high bilirubin level and increasing jaundice.
Now find myself admitted to hospital with loads of fluids inbound and priority MRI in next 24 hours. We wait and see ……….

I seemed to have a stroke in January last year - forgot my wife's name and the grand kids names - and a lot of other stuff


seems not that it was a nutrition problem

but it was very scary at the time
