Good morning all.
A cool start to the day here with a touch of frost on the grass. But, the sun is up and it's going to be a warm day.
I have a doctor's appointment at midday for a yearly health check. No doubt I'll get told off for something or other. 🤔
Still it will give me a chance for a bike ride.

once not 🙂

Work beckons? Still, a burglars role is hardly 9 to 5, eh?

Good morning from a sunny Dorset. Expecting a delivery of Beer that daughter has sent down to us. She arrives tomorrow night from Edinburgh, the beer is alcohol free, and it's so she doesn't go overboard with the booze when she catches up with various old friends and work colleagues who live locally.
I have a delivery of a " Mushroom Growing Kit " well two actually, one white and one brown. It's a present for Mrs Tkk who'se birthday is on Monday. She loves mushrooms so I thought it would make an interesting present. I also ordered some mushroom chocolate and mushroom coffee out of curiosity 🤔

I have just finished writing my memoirs for the benefit of my two children. I have printed it and will give it to them.
It will give them an idea of what I have done in the last 75 years, especially my youth.
In all, it is 10000 words.
My father did it and I thought it was a good idea as I learned a lot about his past, things he never discussed when he was alive.
I hope my son and daughter will do the same one day about his own lives and their own children too.
It would be nice to have four successive generations explaining what they have lived through and see the changes in life styles over more than a century , for our descendants to reflect upon and trace the history of their own family.

This has never occurred to me. A great idea. I'll give it some thought. Thank you.

Good morning from another gloriously sunny Lancashire day. I was going to bury myself in the gym this morning but it's so beautiful I've binned that idea. Task for this morning are now breakfast, prepare stir fry for tonight, collect meds, allotment work, possibly clean out the garage. The garage needs a sweep but that can be done on a rainy day so I'll probably leave it.

This afternoon it's cards group. And that is that for today.........as far as I can remember for the moment
