Hi folks very springy [is that a word] here in Brora. Went for a spin and had a vague feeling i had forgotten something...so stopped and ****er i forgot my tool/spares/tube! I havent had a puncture for4 or so years but Murphys law would insure i got one today, I cut the ride short at 12 miles as it wouldnt be that far to walk, guess im not an optimist
Arriving home there were 2 lovely collie dogs outside my house, where did they come from? a neighbour pointed it out and the collies obediently followed me to a house with a open gate and a small child [who had probably opened it] . Got them home safe

The week-end was mostly spent erecting this;

Plus replanting and tying in the plants to go up it.

Today have dug up a straying bamboo and more replanting.

We are staying at the Holliday Inn near Birmingham airport. We need to get up at 5 am tomorrow to take the car to the car park and then a shuttle bus to the airport.
We are taking off at 8 am so my phone will be on airplane mode for a week.

Morning. It’s a tad Frost on the roofs. Another mostly dry day with no rain due until later so better make the most of it.

Today’s Wordle made me smile and feel I should have done better.

A cool start with a sunny morning promised. Unfortunately rain is due this afternoon and a morning walk is doubtful**
**As previously said I have started going to a social 'morning' at a local pub. Its basically free tea/coffee and toast with a chance to mingle. TBH im not sure its 'for me' but I will give it another try this morning. I will report back later.

Good morning all.
A touch of frost on the ground but a clear blue sky at at the moment.
Sainsbury's are delivering the weekly goodies between 9 and 10am.
The washing machine is doing its stuff, the cats have been fed and watered and they have gone out.
After walking Millie i may get out on the bike again, I have some errands to run and I can incorporate them into a ride.
