Hello Mr Numbnuts.
I had a lovely 1.5 mile walk then had an hour sunbathing. Inside now watching the chase.

On the bus back from visiting my friend. Had a natter about old times and enjoyed a beer in his garden. There's a Robin that came and perched on his electric wheelchair, evidently it's a regular visitor. If the bus is on time I should catch my connecting bus 🤞

Hi Dave, I've done nothing today, didn't sleep very well last night and didn't get up until 09:30
had breakfast at lunch time and then had a lie down again, I think I need a kick up the arse
to get going as today I was going to make sure my trike is OK and give it the once over and lube
chain ect, I'll try tomorrow.

I was similar tbh. Up at 6, back to bed, up at ???cant remember, then forced myself to have a walk. I then fell asleep in the garden, that was nice.

Cooking dinner tonight and my wife wanted M&S 4 cheese sauce on pasta

Yea Gods that sauce reeks!!!

it was just disgusting!!

(have I mentioned I hate cheese - sure I mentioned it at some point)

anyway - my nose it kinda blocked so I can smell very little
but THAT got through



honestly - "no greater love than this" and all that!!

Mrs G is going to the Forest Dean until Monday with our three daughters, daughter in law and ....................Molly tomorrow morning so I will be all by myself till then. They have rented a airbnb for the long weekend.
They do it every year as a women only outing.
I have a list of things to do which I may start on but not looking forward to being on my own.
I hope our son will invite me for a meal over the weekend.

A couple of errands to do In town, then a bit of pottering and that's it.

Good morning, woke to another sunny morning after having a very restless night that saw me heading downstairs to the sofa for a read. No hedgehog activity for two nights now 🤞all is well. I have been putting out plenty of water for them as the weather has been so dry.
No plans for the day, let's see what develops.

Morning. Looks like being another nice sunny day. Due to change by Sunday. No doubt. A cycle ride must be in order, surely ?

Yay! Fish Friday!
Got a couple of hours in the workshop before we go out for lunch.
I have to make 5 clutch tools that have been ordered.
I quite enjoy doing them with the cutting, turning, drilling, grinding, welding and polishing involved. Keeps my skills sharp. It also pays for my hobby. Win, win.

Been up since 06.30 but cant get going.
Fortunately I have nothing to do but hopefully I'll get a morning walk in.
My Bro who lives on the Wirral is on the east coast (Bemppton) for a couple of days. He messaged to say its bitterly cold there.
