Well, the bright, sunny morning has already gone. Dark clouds now cover the sky. Rain is on its way.

Chilly morning here and frost on the roofs and cars ; garden ok as we fleeced the tomatoes and potatoes yesterday.

Not much doing today as it might rain in a bit.

Oh and cereal for breakfast today, just right for a chilly morning!

MrsD has a dental appointment in Minehead this morning, so I'll go in with her and pick up some shopping.
Dog walking on the way back and dropping in to the Butchers Arms for lunch.

I'm back on carnivore so I've had a couple of venison burgers.

Never had them but they sound nice. I used to buy venison steaks when I worked with the Scotland rep.....they were always tender and tasty.
Where do you buy them from ?

.............first though I must pack my mini pork pie, homemade flapjack, make drinks and get the bike out.

Hate to tell you but its a bike ride......that's different to a picnic

Just got them in the Co-op. Haven't had a look to see if Aldi have them as well. Must have a look. The Co-op is inclined to be a bit pricy.

Well, at 7.30 i thought i heard the bed calling. I looked in and it grabbed me and dragged me in
A good 90 minutes was enjoyed.

I joined the coop scheme and get members prices on certain offers. Apart from them I agree, it is pricey.

After 'speaking' with @Tenkaykev we have set up a camera to view the wild life.
I've said before that my garden backs onto a brook. Our side of the brook is, fortunately, overgrown. There are at least 2 fox dens one of which is next to our fence.
We set the camera up last night and it needs adjusting but its already picked up a rat** and a fox twice.
**I know there are rats because of the brook and I dont mind them so long as they stay 'over there'.
