It's worth doing as Mo and WD suggest. I've done it for years, one less thing to remember. VED is paid automatically and the MOT reminder comes through about four weeks ahead of the date.

My suggestion would be don't! Mrs P tried a chocolate covered one when we last went to California. Revolting doesn't begin to describe it.........

I had that for tea last night. Mrs Tkk got a " Jasons Sourdough" loaf on yellow sticker at the local Tesco so I toasted a couple of slices in the toaster then covered them in extra mature cheddar and put them in the " WhizzyWizz " ( Ninja 11 in One gizmo )
Delicious, even if the ketchup bottle did dump far too much onto the plate 😁

What????? Ketchup with cheese on toast? Sacrilege.........at the very least. This delicacy should be unadulterated or, occasionally adorned with chutney, preferably homemade, or mayonnaise, Hellmans, only Hellmans.

I will admit if I'm feeling indecisive I will sometimes have one slice straight and the other accompanied with a relish of some sort.

Good morning. Bright, clear and some fluffy clouds along with a deliciously cool breeze. I've thrown open the downstairs windows and doors to flush out any heat or stale air.

I binned the idea of a ride, the plan a couple of guys had was only 38 miles and not very interesting......excellent sausage roll at their planned stop though. Part of the decision was because I have loads to do. It's going to be a cool day, a good decision.

Sticky. Yesterday was sticky. Hot, sticky plus small children type sticky. #1 and #3 came, sisters. #1 is five, she understands reason, #3 is 17 months. Well, what can I say. We took all her clothes off and provided a large bowl of water. Great fun. .........except........over the course of the afternoon she tipped a bottle of bubble solution over Granddad, sat on Granddad's lap while eating an ice lolly, finally while Granddad was administering the post lolly wipe down she needed a wee.........yes, all over Granddad who appeared to be incontinent.........at this point Granddad went for a shower.

Good morning all. A little cooler this morning and a bit of a breeze.
Market day today,I'll cycle up there, we need some fresh fruit and veg.

A strange phenomenon late last night, when I had a cold shower before going to bed, the radiators in the upstairs bedrooms and the towel rail in the bathroom were slughtly warm as if the CH had come on. The CH and the hot water were turned off so couldn't have fired up. I am presuming that because of the heat the water in the system had started to circulate by capillary action
