The Raleigh Wisp is finished and running again. The owner came to pick it up and is over the moon. Left me a bottle of Jamesons in appreciation.

I've just paid for the service and MOT on my car. That's nearly £500 gone in seconds.

About the going rate. VAT and labour makes up a reasonable amount of the bill

I went to Aldi for some chicken legs. They didnt have any but that was fine as I got a wet suit, a garden hose, a dog basket and a pair of running shoes.
Might have been a bit hasty as I dont run, dont have a dog and dont swim......but they were cheap and look nice.

They had gold coloured Hula Hoops ( the ones you whirl around your waist whilst singing Jailhouse Rock ), lots of fishing rods and other fishing equipment that was stacked high and didn't appear to be selling. I was ( briefly) tempted by the inflatable kayak but was daunted by the practicalities of taking it on the bus down to Shore road 🤣

I realise you are embarrassed to ask for my assistant yet again but I will gladly point you in the right direction.
T140s are not my strong point but I can tell you that @welshdragon has lots of experience in people's bottom ends, i will ask her to message you.
