Got the Puch Maxi running. It still needs a few bits sorting out before I hand it back.
I've been commissioned to strip and rebuild a Suzuki GT250 engine. That should keep me busy for a while.

Night night all .

I have to say I do understand Drago liking for a Honda cub . Only because I am thinking I fancy one of these when we go down to a one car household especially as I could ride it on my car licence ( 300cc version) . 😀
I know it’s a bit of a abomination to real bikers but it’s just a itch I want to scratch 😂

Good morning. It's bright, warm looking (haven't been out yet) and a light breeze. Perfect for a ride. It's two weeks since my last ride, weather, circumstances, etc have all conspired against me. I'm looking forward to this.

A neighbour gave me some runner bean plants last night. I don't usually grow these but I've got a gap where a local mouse ate my peas. I'll pop up to the allotment shortly and plant them out.

Next task check the bike over and then more coffee.

Good morning all. A grey and cloudy start to the day here with the possibility of showers all day.
A few weeks back MrsP had a bit of an altercation with a post and scratched the nearside front wing and door, today the 'chips away' man is coming to repair the damage.
I've just asked for a quote from these guys. My Hyundai i30 is 11 years old, 80,000 miles and mechanically very sound. I had a small altercation with a stone wall when parking last week. I'm hoping to get this done.

I really like my car and there's no reason to change. If I'm keeping it I feel I'd like the bodywork to match the good condition of the engine and interior.

A new motor would be nice but I can't justify it.
