Let's not forget that It's just over 2 weeks until the 220th anniversary of the sailing of the Irish Rover from Cork, heading to New York. Sadly lost with all hands after foundering. Overloading with cargo, plus disease is believed to be a contributory factor.

Walked up to visit a friend who's convalescing. We wandered down to the tea rooms for coffee and cake, passing this " wool bombed " post box on the way 😎
