Crikey, it was a chilly 10C this morning when I set out for my Sunday ride at 8am.

It's going to be warm today, 28⁰ is the forecasted temperature.
Our daughter is coming round this morning and staying gor lunch. I will cut the grass before she gets here and before it gets too warm.

That was much harder than last year when I did it. Time to cut out the carbs again I think. I just can't keep the weight down when I get a sniff of carbs/sugars.


Quite pleased that I kept a decent pace though even although I was struggling.

Dogs walked. Enjoying a coffee, garden doors open. Should be able to avoid using aircon until the sun moves to the back of the house later in the afternoon.
