I have been bookkeeping. I've now got everything tidied up.

It's a tad warm here. My weather ap says its 21 deg but it's more like 25 or 26.

Good afternoon. It's cloudy, grey and cool here. I'm wearing a lightweight sweater. Heatwave?????

Not much news really. The small one is asleep. My next task is to try and find a field on my Wahoo that will pick up the cadence from my pedals........like I said not much on.

My back is about 80% improved, but the dogs pulling on the lead sets it off. Thanks for asking.

Just read the emergency drill from the local carncill..
They might have to close the tips if the railings, ramps & containers get too hot in the sunshine 🤷‍♂️

They could put up signs saying

"Do not lick the skips or railings"

Went for a ride this morning
just to the airport and back as there is a delivery coming at 12:13-14:13

which is now coming at 4:21 to 6:21
does seem very precise for something that is changing so much!!!


anyway - just checked Strava for the ride

seems like I did my second best time ever on a segment
49 seconds!!!

all my stuff is down as private - because .....

but if it was not that would come out as 10th - average speed well over the motor cutoff setting

which just shows how pointless they are - there was a big tailwind along there!!!

They took my blood at 06.30 and I have been asking for the result all day.
I just been again and said "this is rediculous". She said the results arr back you can go,,sorry I forgot to tell you .
But before you go i have put you another drip. She's had all day to do that.
I am to say the least, slightly annoyed.
