Cool overcast start here but sun is out again but should stay below 27 or so.

Have double dentist and hygenist appointments this morning so will take a book or magazine with me for the wait.

No gardening yesterday so will try and get out this afternoon for some tidying if not might hop on the indoor trainer.

Grey and overcast again, it's not particularly cold it's just damp, gray nothingness.
Never mind got all my bits done, so packing up the van today and off in search of a bit of blue sky tomorrow.

We went to see the Tony Blackburn show in Llandudno last night. We very much enjoyed it and the 60s music was excellent. He was on for 2.5 hours and is still quite fit for a 83 year old man.

As it is Friday I'm having kippers for lunch, not had them for a while

Not sure I've ever had them.

Ironing done and put away
I'd like to go for a walk, but it's up to 32c now, don't know to chance it or not
I have a slight heart problem, it's not too bad, but is it worth the risk. ?
