Good morning all.
Up too early again.
Had my coffee and kitkat. Will head out for a walk about 05.30. A different route today but its along a main road then back via 2 housing estates, a bit boring but it gives me a change of scenery.

Morning. Bit like yesterday, cool and misty at the moment. A high of 21 later which is reasonably comfortable.

I will probably watch the cycling this afternoon.

Cooooeee. Quite cool here thank god. 9 deg. 23 deg is expected so a lot cooler than of late hooray.

Back from my walk.
I decided not to do the housing g estate but reverted to my normal one through the park and the woods.. I added a diversion which took it up to 2.4 miles.
The only people Ì saw were a cyclist heading to work and in the distance another walker..

A morning of pottering in the garden and domestics, followed by watching the Tour this afternoon.

Grey and overcast again today, but all pack and about to set of to find some blue sky and sunshine. I hope.

Nearly 5.5 miles done with a mix of walking and jogging. Managed to end up a sweaty mess even although it's cooler at the moment.

I've got all the gear and some specialist new trainers ready to go, just need the weether to cool slightly and im going to have another crack again at light jogging.

Morning strangers.
Absent stranger here….after a little adventure that included around 150 miles, multiple coffees & cakes, rather too many beers (well, mostly ciders), I am finally home…..

….just in time to head out today with 3 others to Splendour Festival in Nottingham 🍻
Apparently the last one they will do. Just doing the day. Primal Scream them Wombats headlining, plus a few other popular beat young combos we will all enjoy 🤪

Morning all

Going to crack on with the Puch this morning. Lots of inspecting and measuring to see what's good and what's not.
I shall order the necessary parts later and, hopefully, have it back together next week.
Might give the lawns a quick once over with the blades set high.
The grass hasn't grown but the weeds have.
