I've descaled my water flosser, your suppose to do it every month........
well I've just done mine after 26 months, it seems to be better now

A disappointing Aldi dash.
One of the main things I wanted was bottled still water.....my tap water is awful.
Anyway, they had none. The girl explained that stores have lost control over ordering, its all done from central office now. The store dont know when they will next get a delivery......progress ? Not in my opinion.

I've never had bottled water.

Its good.
I've had our supplier out twice but they reckon it meets standards.

Bass practiced, new planter installed and filled (itll be for cucumbers next year), short walk round the block with my boys, lunch nibbled, reclining in my armchair.

I see they are evacuating 40,000 people because of the fires in South West France.
This is getting beyond serious now.

Fancy hotel up on the bank of Loch Earn advertising a 3 course lunch for £39. I don’t think they appreciated my comment that I would need a fish supper after it!

Looking forward to the cycling today. In the mountains and some of Pogacar’s team are under the weather. Think he has a big enough lead though barring a disaster.

Thank you for your concern Dave7 but my family are from the Loire valley, 70 miles south of Paris so they are safe.

Done walking, which was uneventful

Cut short my walk to Poole as weariness overcame me as I was walking around the shoreline. I headed for the café at Upton House but being summer holidays it was choc a bloc with families. Walked a bit further and ended up at B+Q. There's a lovely cafe there so I sat among the plants and had an ice cold San Pellegrino orange drink and a chocolate croissant. Ended up buying a couple of eunonymus plants for the new plant pots and wandered home. Only 11 km but quite the challenge.
I don't usually eat until lunchtime but this morning I had a bowl of muesli, I have noticed a marked energy slump after eating so perhaps I should get that checked out 🤔
