Back from our walk. More than a dozen of us this week. Lots of cyclists on the trailway, as we approached the footbridge over the entrance to the golf club we stood to the side to let a cyclist take priority. He was followed by a couple of children about four years old. The first was a young girl who was really concentrating followed by a young lad of a similar age. As the girl passed she said " there's another cyclist behind me, he's quite slow because he's learning, his names Freddie and he's my friend "
And all of a sudden all seemed right with the world 😎

I have just 2 accounts. The main savings one and a current account where my weekly ins and outs happen. Every now and again I have to top it up by transferring from the savings account.
I could get more interest by switching accounts but I am happier with an easy/lazy life.

I have:

Current account where pension etc goes in
Savings account for “rainy day/emergency”
Savings account for dividends/winnings
Current account with cash back
Account for “holiday fund”
Account for “bills”

Meant to ask you a question!
A friend is ‘clearing out’ his brothers house - he is in a home and won’t be returning 😞
He has an amazing looking motorbike in the garage: looked to me like it is from The Great Escape, although I’ve no idea of the actual age. His brother had fully restored it, but it has clearly sat there for years (maybe decades) under cover. I’ve only seen a photo of it, so no idea what it actually is, but clearly a classic.
Any suggestions the best way to get it appraised/sold?

Have you got any photos of said bike?

Got the Stayer OG finished (for now) and also re-wired the rear Exposure light cable as the heat shrink had moved and exposed the inner cables.

Overcast here now but very muggy and still no rain.
