There are a lot of zero alcohol beers around

Not many decent ones though!!
That said….I am noticing more that are palatable. Far from the days of Kaliber (awful stuff).
Weirdly I have never found a decent zero alcohol wine. Some fairly okay gins & even a spiced rum we had….

I dont drink the zero alcohol stuff. Thats as bad as veggies eating fake bacon.

I quit the grog, and thats it. I realise a nice posh coffee or a well brewed mug of PF.

Well, back home after the ultra sound scan.
To quote his words...."there is a bit af scarring on the liver but nothing to worry about".
At my age I will gladly accept that.
