Good morning all. I wanted a lie in this morning so sat up later than usual...... well that didnt work as I woke up even earlier .
Reason for wanting to sleep is is because my walk is in doubt. Yesterday, an hour after my walk my shins got suddenly very sore/painful...... shin splints i think. No warning, it just came on.
I have an ice pack on one of them as I type. I only have one so will switch it to the other shin shortly.

Cycling with grandson this morning & planning to get back by late morning before the temperature reaches scorchio.. ☀️

Good morning all.
Another warm and sunny day in prospect.
Millie has a veterinary appointment at 9 for the 3rd round of acupuncture on her back, we do think it is having a beneficial effect.
Sainsburys are delivering the weekly goodies between 11 and 12 and then i can get out on the bike for a while.

Morning. Bit of an overcast start but it’s to brighten up later. Tomorrow and Thursday look like being very warm.

So many things I should be doing but can’t be bothered. Housework, weeds in the garden, filthy car, etc. oh well, they’ll still be there tomorrow.

Good morning, another sunny one so will be topping daughters car up to 100% with free electrons in preparation for her journey back to Leeds tomorrow. It's been great having them around, grandson has caught up to me on the measuring stick ( a slat from an old Venetian blind that's taped to the wall ). I expect he'll be taller than me on his next visit.
Tuesday black bin, food waste and walking group beckon.
