Good morning all.
I seem to be having trouble waking up, can't seem to get going st all. A strong mug of tea might kick start me into action.
The sun is shining, but more rain is forecast this afternoon.
I must get out for pootle on the bike later on.

Funnily enough, I went to the same school as Jasper Carrott and sound remarkably like him.

I shuffled slowly for 5k on a nice route on Zwift keeping the heart rate in low to mid zone 2. Once that was done I carried on walking while watching some Youtube.

Just having my overnight oats and blueberries now.

Bright and dry although damp on ground and more rain forecast.
Managed a spin yesterday afternoon, decent ride although a bit of drizzle at times.
Chores today and ride tomorrow as forecast looks OK.

We got the promised break in the weather so just back from a very pleasant 3.2 mile walk.
Another photo attached which highlights the parking problem with those new £340K.
I had to walk in the road to get past the big car.
Built on a well known flood plain and directly overlooking the M62, how wonderful is that!

I'm up - nothingon today but it looks like rain is coming

CreamFields and teh Red Arrows will be heard in the garden I expect

was going to ride to the airport to watch them take off and land but it looks to wet!

Don't let me get started. There's so much that is wrong and this photo shows an awful lot of it.

Its a problem with the prats that live in them. Some of them manage it properly, so it's clearly not the development.

Hopefully when it rains heavily enough the problem will be washed away.
