Just remembered - there was a programme on last night talking about men taking testosterone despite their GP saying their levels are OK

reminded me that my GP included a test for that on a blodd test a few months ago
I was rather surprised to find that my levels are normal - above average actually

I always assumed my level were low - I just don;t react the way "Real Men" are "supposed" to react if you listen to some people

shows that the nutters that talk about it are talking real bollocks - literally!!!

Rained again overnight but dry with a bit of sun now.

Breakfast and two coffees downed, washing up done and helped BH put the washing out.

Easy day again today although will hop on the trainer this afternoon.

Have also booked a 200k Audax in October and booked a travelodge to stay over the night before to hopefully avoid any train issues.

We now have a yellow warning for thunderstorms. I will just chill indoors I think. Tomorrow likes nicer. I can cope with being cooped up for one day.

Good morning. Light cloud and bluish skies. That will do. I've changed my T-shirt.......more washing! Saturday came and went. My boys got beat. A long season of disappointment highlighted by a few rays of hope awaits. The joy of being a football fan. And still we go. Come on you Blues.

I have another chores day. I've made a list. There are 25 things on it. I've done one. Sounds like a busy day until you read the list. First item crossed off.......charge lights. done ✅️ ...........next is refit Wahoo mount, reinstall front wheel, then change head on pump connector hose ...........I'm never sure what that should be called. It's not so much a list of chores as an aide memoire. 🤣

The biggie is this one. It's a leap of faith. Paint the shed. The instructions say not to do this if rain is forecast in the following 24 hours. Well rain is forecast but.....the shed is located underneath a huge sycamore, the roof overhangs by 6", and we haven't had much heavy rain. Add to that the next two weeks are crap forecast and I'm really busy so it's worth the gamble

I'm just killing time till they open the military road for the final climb on todays stage, 12 local 11 UK. It's wall to wall sunshine here high 20's at the moment and supposed to hit low 30's. I'm going to have my overnight oats and banana before I head up, not much of a breakfast person normally just a coffee so have the oats for lunch.
